Terms and Conditions

1. Services

The Service Provider offers mentoring, interview preparation, employer outreach, and advisory support. Service execution is determined by the Service Provider.

2. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information including a current résumé/CV and required documents.
  • Maintain professional conduct throughout engagements.
  • Attend scheduled interviews and respond promptly.
  • Notify the Service Provider of employment updates or visa/immigration status changes.

Missing two scheduled interviews may result in penalties or termination.

3. Payment Terms

Candidates agree to pay a fee based on a percentage of gross annual salary after job placement. Payment is in five monthly installments. Late payments incur 18% annual interest. Fees become non-refundable after five business days.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect all confidential information, intellectual property, and business strategies. Obligations extend for two years after termination.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

Vizionix Consulting does not guarantee job placement or salary outcomes. Success depends on market conditions and candidate cooperation.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the intellectual property of Vizionix Consulting. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid under this Agreement.

8. Term and Termination

The Agreement remains active for 180 days unless extended. Termination does not waive pending payment obligations after the grace period.

9. Background Checks & Authorization

Candidates authorize the Service Provider to communicate with employers and conduct verification if required.

10. Governing Law

U.S.-based candidates follow Washington State jurisdiction; U.K. candidates follow England & Wales laws.

11. Entire Agreement

This document supersedes all prior agreements and requires written approval for amendments.
